Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
Gutter Cleaning, House washing, hauling. I would say those are the three we focus on the most. We do offer many other services but those are the ones we enjoy the most.
How did you decide to get in your line of work?
To be quite honest, i got into it by accident. I was helping a friend doing a hauling job one day and we had a customer who ended up giving me a 32 ft extension ladder. My Buddy had a little pressure washer then and we decided to go into business. Since then we learned safer and more effecient ways to clean houses eliminating the need for machines. But never foresaking our primary focus of safety and customers.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you? In my line of work i see to many people who go out and buy ladders to clean their gutters or wash the house with. The problems with doing so are such that a lot of the times they dont know how to properly use the equipment, by either not following the safe guidelines or setting up and over reaching from the ladder. The work i do is not easy. Please let me get that straight. I see to many accidents from customers every year who attempt to do it themselves, Just because i have found ways to make my job quicker does mean that it can be done by everyone.
What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession? Gutter Cleaning and maintenance is by far the most important thing you can do to your property. This prevents damage to both structure and foundation. It really needs to be done at a minimum of 2 times a year. Once in the spring and once in the fall.
Do you have a favorite story from your work?This one time i found several stalks of corn growing in a customers gutters. They were under the impression that once you had gutter covers installed you never had to clean your gutters again. Not true......
If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share? Safety. Before you start any project look at your surroundings. Are there exposed wires or overhead power lines? Is there excess mold growth that will cause slippage. Is there someone there to spot you. Safety is a big key thing for me. and as such it would be the only primary that I pass on. How you get your job done is your task but always keep safety in your mind.
What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer? Well for me it is always the obvious questions? Are you liscensed and insured.? Yes. Why Do you do the work you do? I picked a line of work which most people shy away from mainly for a fear of ladders and heights.
What do you like most about your job? Setting my own hours and actually getting to know my customers individually as to being a mass corporation and just a number to them.
Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do? I believe i am one of the few in my service area that offers a safe washing method using no pressure that does not cause damage to siding, screens and wood work. This to me is most important and allows the customers to refer my services to friends and family.
Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of. I love going to a customers house an seeing how absolutely nasty and filthy the walls are with mold and mildew. Then when the project is done seeing the looks on my customers faces when they realize they should have done this a long time ago. No job is ever the same. There are times i have stagnent water and growth in the gutters to even having the gutters coming off the house. I consider each project a blessing and to me they are all fun. Knowing that i took something that was an eyesore and made it look amazing is something i always look forward to.

Tuneups are as follows. Tune up's consist of reinforcing any preexisting support hangers being re-connected to the wall. If drips are present gutters can be sealed at the seems. Gutters must be dry in order to be sealed. A follow up visit could be needed at no additional cost. Includes minor repairs to gutters and downspouts, as well as downspout flushing
All wash services use non pressurised methods. This means that we will use your garden pressure with maybe the assistance of a booster pump to get to upper levels, and eco friendly chemicals to clean your home. What is included in a wash. All vertical surfaces of immiediate family dweling are included. This means, all sides, windows, and doors and exterior trim work of building. This does not include any attached decks, concrete walks or drives. Those can be done for additional cost upon approve
